The main and surface materials are made of 12mm and 4mm First Quality Medium Density Fiber (MDF) Boards, ensuring a rigid shape.After profiling and measuring, the MDF parts are wrapped with PU glue and wood-decorated or plain-colored alkorcell foils. Motifs and patterns are applied to genuine leather-textured artificial leathers using textile printing machines, then adhered to the MDF surfaces with polyurethane adhesive.Decorative metal locking clips are added, and the set is boxed for delivery.
